How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for most services. For weddings and special events, we suggest booking several weeks ahead to ensure availability.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Greater Toronto Area including Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, and beyond. We also offer service to Niagara Falls, Hamilton, and other Ontario destinations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash. Corporate accounts with invoicing are also available for business clients.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Please contact us directly for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
